980 Yuzu liqueur

The liqueur with the “wow!” effect. After years of searching, we have finally found a supplier of excellent yuzu juice. We have married this with our home-made spirit from the Spanish yuzu and a restrained amount of sugar syrup to create a true taste miracle. The nose is dominated by fine citrus notes, which can best be described as a combination of lime, grapefruit, grapefruit and mandarin. On the palate, fresh, fruity, tart and sour notes can be perceived, which harmonize pleasantly with the fruit’s own sweetness and the sugar syrup. In addition to the citrus-like taste, there are subtle exotic notes, similar to pineapple, which make the taste experience so unforgettable.

Originally grown mainly in China, Japan and Korea, yuzu has so far been used outside Asia mainly by star chefs and gourmets to enhance dishes. Due to the very high price of the fruit and the juice, the use of this noble fruit has been slow to spread. We are all the more proud to be able to present such a pure yuzu liqueur without added industrial flavors and in very limited quantities.
