947 Williams pear liqueur

This exceptional liqueur has more than earned this name. On the one hand, it is made with our own brandy from the Williams Christ pear as the alcoholic component. On the other hand, we have – as always – taken great effort also to find a special highly aromatic juice as a partner for our noble brandy. But our tastings of pear juices were mainly one thing: disappointing. Because often you couldn’t even recognize the pear. It was only when we found a single-varietal juice from the Williams Christ pear that a great sense of satisfaction set in among our tasting team. Only a small amount of sugar syrup was required to create another top-class DSM liqueur together with brandy and juice.
