967 Gin-lemon liqueur

Lemons are used in the production of most gins for good reason. Because the flavors of the lemon peels harmonize wonderfully with those of the juniper, complementing and enhancing them. We added the acidity of freshly squeezed lemon juice and just enough sugar syrup to the finished gin to create a perfect harmony of sweetness, acidity and the flavors of the gin. We recommend drinking it iced and neat or as a Gin Sour Cocktail. To do this, shake the desired amount of our Gin Lemon Liqueur vigorously with 3-4 ice cubes for 30 sec and strain into a tumbler with ice cubes. Enjoy!
